Hey there! I’m Kristin Friis, a licensed Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager at Windermere PSR, Inc. I’ve been part of the real estate world since 2007 and have worn many behind-the-scenes hats along the way. I love what I do and take pride in helping transactions stay organized, efficient, and as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.

When I’m not working, I’m all about family time. I’ve been married almost 23 years and have three teenagers who keep life busy and fun. I enjoy camping, outdoor concerts, hiking, snowboarding, and spending weekends watching my kids play sports.
